About Me

I’m Tammy Adcock, a Narcissistic Abuse Educator & Empowerment Coach and the founder of Adcock Coaching LLC. I help survivors understand narcissistic dynamics, break trauma cycles, and rebuild confidence, clarity, and emotional strength. Drawing from trauma-informed education, lived experience, and years of professional work, my approach is practical, validating, and empowering. After surviving a 14-year high-conflict divorce and custody battle marked by narcissistic abuse, I transformed my experience into a mission—to help others move out of survival mode, set unshakable boundaries, and reclaim their identity and sense of self.
