Reclaiming You is a 6-week guided healing experience for survivors of narcissistic, emotional, and psychological abuse. Inspired by the restorative framework presented in Healing from Hidden Abuse and delivered through the trauma-informed lens of Adcock Coaching LLC, this class provides survivors with both the clarity to understand what happened and the tools to rebuild what was lost. Hidden abuse—covert manipulation, gaslighting, trauma bonding, silent treatment, love-bombing, and identity erosion—does not heal on its own. It requires a structured, gentle, and validating process that allows survivors to piece together their story, regain their emotional footing, and rebuild an identity no longer shaped by the abuser. This course is designed to walk you through that process step-by-step. Over six weeks, you’ll learn how hidden abuse begins, why you missed the earliest signs, and how the trauma bond keeps you emotionally attached even after the relationship ends. You’ll explore your own patterns, develop skills for emotional regulation, learn the foundations of boundary-setting, and begin reclaiming the parts of yourself that were silenced or overshadowed. This is not a class about blaming yourself for what happened. It is a class about understanding the truth, releasing shame, reconnecting with your worth, and stepping into empowered healing with guidance from a coach who has lived it, studied it, and now teaches it professionally.
