Adcock Coaching LLC — Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness, respect for everyone’s time, and the ability to serve clients effectively, the following cancellation policy applies to all coaching sessions, consultations, and programs:
Cancellations Policy
12-Month Program Cancellation Policy.This year-long program is structured to provide consistent support, stability, and guidance for survivors of narcissistic and emotional abuse. Because each space is intentionally limited and the program includes ongoing access, education, and personalized coaching, enrollment is considered a full 12-month commitment.
To honor both your healing journey and the time reserved for you:

<li>Program fees are non-refundable once enrolled.</li>
<li>Ending the program early does not remove the financial commitment.</li>
<li>Payment plans must be paid in full, regardless of early discontinuation.</li>
<li>Sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.</li>
</ul>
I understand that healing is not linear, and you may need to pause your sessions at times—pauses are allowed—but cancellation does not void the 12-month agreement.
