Adcock Coaching LLC — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness, respect for everyone’s time, and the ability to serve clients effectively, the following cancellation policy applies to all coaching sessions, consultations, and programs:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Repeated Cancellations
More than two late cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension or termination of ongoing coaching services.
Clients may be required to prepay or switch to a structured program if scheduling becomes inconsistent.
Programs & Packages
Multi-session packages must be used within the designated timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unused sessions are not refundable, but may be transferred to another scheduled date within the program period.
Emergencies
I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a crisis or unexpected situation, please notify me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Coach Cancellations
In the rare event I need to reschedule, you will be notified promptly and provided with the next available appointment.
Agreement
By booking a session with Adcock Coaching LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
