Tammy Adcock is a narcissistic abuse educator, advocate, and the founder of Adcock Coaching LLC. Drawing from both professional training and lived experience navigating years of high-conflict legal battles and coercive control, Tammy educates survivors and professionals on the long-term impact of narcissistic abuse, post-separation abuse, and systemic failures that often leave victims unheard.

Through education, speaking, and advocacy initiatives—including The Shoes Left Behind Project—Tammy works to bring visibility to the realities many families face behind closed doors. Her mission is simple: educate, empower, and amplify the voices of those who have been silenced.
